Job Description

Requirements and responsibilities include:

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist / administrative role in a legal or other professional services environment, including managing meeting room bookings and courier arrangements
  • Good telephone manner, pleasant personality, good organisational skills and  detail-oriented
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Responsibilities includes general legal office duties
