  • Perform receptionist duties and administrative support to the company and department.
  • Organize and distribute incoming correspondences, and mailing & courier documents.
  • Support general HR duties.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned.
  • Office environment management.


  • Form 7 / HKDSE or above.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, pleasant, polite and helpful.
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available preferable.


5 days work and an attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
