  • Greet visitors or clients in professional and polite manner
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Department
  • Receive sorts and forwards incoming mail
  • Handle general inquiries via emails and telephone calls
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of express/courier mail services
  • Maintain client record (CRM system)
  • Administrative work



  • High Diploma or above
  • 2-year experience in Company Secretary Sector / I-bank /  Fund-house is preferred
  • Independent and willing to work under pressure
  • Responsible, multi-tasking and capable to meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in MS applications, including Word and Excel
  • Good telephone manner, communications and interpersonal skills
