- Manage the arrival and introduction of visitors.
- Ensure the smooth running of office equipment and the procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, furniture and decor.
- Maintain a highly presentable office, meeting rooms and wet area.
- Manage communications with local vendors relevant to office management.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
- Running errands for both the Company and the C-Level's personal matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties
- Proven ability to communicate well and confidently in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Cheerful, positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
