Job Highlights

Job Description

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide quality service
  • Handle telephone call in a professional manner
  • Assist Sales Manager during sales process
  • Provide sales-oriented support to sales team
  • Able to deal effectively between Customer, Bank and Sales team
  • Great learning opportunities

 

Job Requirements:

  •  DSE graduate or above
  • 1 – 2 year working experience
  • Good communication skills and customer service techniques
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and positive attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Proficient in MS. Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Bank experience is an advantage
