Job Description

A leading European-based multinational insurance company with in Hong Kong is looking for a receptionist to support daily operations. The ideal candidate would be friendly and detail-minded with a positive mindset and a pleasant interpersonal skills.


  • Answering and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support
  • Meeting, greeting and accommodating clients and guests
  • Managing distribution of incoming and outgoing mails and packages
  • Organise conference and meeting rooms booking
  • Handle VC connection of conference rooms for conference arrangement
  • Handle ad-hoc office work as required


  • Diploma or above in any subjects or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant experience as a Receptionist, preferably with financial services exposure
  • Responsible, cheerful and good team player
  • Speaks fluent English and Mandarin, native Cantonese
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and customer service skills
