Job Description

Our client is currently hiring a Records Manager to support their Asia offices.

Client Details

This is a newly created role for the Hong Kong office of a reputable US law firm. Whilst their current records are managed remotely, they are hiring a new headcount to manage their Hong Kong office.


This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Researches and retrieves appropriate files and records information for attorneys and staff
  • Maintains the entire range of records retention functions
  • Performs some or all box archiving and offsite storage procedures
  • Assists with records space management
  • Prepares new files both physically and within the records database
  • Ad hoc tasks as required


The successful candidate will either have a background and previous experience in records management, knowledge management or librarian fields. They must hold a relevant degree and be able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese. Law firm experience will be beneficial, as well as experience handling legal related materials. This candidate must be able to work independently, have exceptional organisation skills and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
