Accountabilities
- End to end accountability of resourcing function to support the business growth
- Diagnose resourcing needs, formulate and implement strategies and deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Be a Business Partner to provide first class consultative resourcing expertise, support and advice to internal business clients
- Drive the continual development of resourcing channels, attraction strategies, assessment methods, employer brand and selection processes
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the key stakeholders internally and externally
- Keep abreast of external resourcing developments through external networking and benchmarking
Attributes
- Degree or above in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years business partner experience, recruiting and managing large volume hires within fast-paced and complex environments, preferred from retail or manufacturing companies
- Demonstrable experience within large matrix organizations
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills along with proven track record in project management
