Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Manager/ Senior Consultant(s) to join our team. 

Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our clients’ needs on different positions and able to source the right candidates to fill the posts
  • Good understanding of market trend, willing to share your views with clients, candidates, and colleagues
  • Able to use of different channels and ways to source, communicate and interview with candidates
  • Build strong network and maintain good relationship with candidates and clients
  • Team management

 

Requirements:                                                     

  • University Degree is preferred
  • Experienced in the recruitment industry, preferably Banking and Finance sector
  • Strong in business development, networking and relationship building
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English, Fluent in Mandarin an advantage

 

Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates by using different platforms
  • Screening candidates according to clients' requirements
  • Liaise with clients
  • Arrange candidate and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Positive and Self-motivated
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

(Welcome candidates from banking industry. Fresh graduates are also considered for researcher.)
