Our client is a professional services company. They are looking for a recruitment specialist to help expand their business in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal recruiter and provide HR consultative service in areas including talent acquisition (TA), employer brand-building and HR strategies
  • Assist in full recruitment cycle of mainly entry level positions and provide substantial support to TA director
  • Manage both online (e.g. social media) and offline recruitment solutions in promotion and engagement
  • Support and coordinate HR initiatives with regional office
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent is preferred, fresh graduate with less than 1 year working experience is also welcomed
  • Familiar with online platforms and equip with creative mentality
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
