Job Description

This is a highly reputable European luxury retailer. To meet the demands of a growing business, they are now seeking a highly-talented finance professional to join their Asia-Pacific Shared Service Center.


We are now seeking for a REGIONAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the Finance Director of Shared Services, leading a team of qualified accountants
  • Lead the G/L function situated in the SSC, covering Asia-Pacific operations
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing, in line with local market finance requests whilst following regional business planning schedules
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements for local markets
  • Drive process imrovement projects related to system enhancement, continuously renew policies and procedures
  • Act as the key contact point to external auditors on all relevant issues


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA Qualified
  • A minimum of 10 years financial accounting/reporting experience gained from a sizeable business within the retail industry
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • SAP User
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
