Job Description

Our client is a world leading luxury retail group, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join they as Regional Assistant C&B Manager.

About The Role
Reporting to Regional C&B Manager, the Regional Assistant C&B Manager will be responsible for

  • Managing the C&B Team to perform full spectrum of Hong Kong & Macau C&B administration, pension and taxation functions
  • Validating payroll and supporting internal mobility process for APAC regions
  • Developing and reviewing bonus, incentive and commission calculation models for retail populations
  • Driving the HR System upgrade and implementation project
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

About You

  • University Graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 7 experience in sizable corporation or working within Human Resources C&B functions;
  • Regional Payroll exposure will be an advantage
  • Excellent with numbers and demonstrable experience in data/system analytics
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, strong problem-solving skills, analytical and balanced in decision making
