Job Description

If you are:

  • Prepare financial models and conduct feasibility studies on investment projects
  • Perform research and underwriting on potential investment opportunities and coordinate M&A deal execution
  • Monitor and manage performance of existing investments
  • Liaise with internal departments and external professionals
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required by the management
  • Manage the financial and tax due diligence process
  • Apply proper GAAP/IFRS Accounting treatment to transactions and post acquisitions
  • Formulate and monitor the post-acquisition integration plan
  • Assist in ERP system implementation
  • Implement and monitor internal controls in business processes


  • Degree Holder or above in Accountancy, Business, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Member of ACCA / CPA / CFA
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in auditing and/or transactions support
  • Experience in leading a project team
  • Well versed in US GAAP and IFRS is highly preferred
  • Superior understanding of accounting principles, business processes and financial analyses
  • Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across countries.
  • Extraordinary consulting, influence and negotiation skills
  • Occasional travels may be required
