Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has now arisen for a friendly and open-minded Assistant Human Resources Manager to join the stable HR team in this multinational company. The role is a generalist role with both HR operational work and a high element of business partnering.

Our client is a reputable multi-national company with long history, global presence and solid business foundation. They have a very friendly and stable team within whole APAC region.


Directly reporting to Regional HR Director, your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in all round HR duties including local Hong Kong and APAC overseas recruitment, compensations and benefits, payroll calculations, internal communication, talent management and employee engagement etc.
  • Act as a HR business partner to provide advice to key stakeholders in offices across the APAC region
  • Maintain accurate compensations, benefits and payroll administration in Hong Kong office and APAC region
  • Develop and monitors employee engagement activities for local Hong Kong office
  • Handle ad hoc projects or initiatives at the corporate level


  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience within sizeable organizations
  • With strong understanding in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and APAC HR best practices
  • With excellent communications skills and experience in payroll calculation
  • Fluent and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
