Job Description

Joining a global leading luxury brand, this HRIS System Analyst will oversee the application implementation, integration and enhancements for employees related applications. The role will work closely with external vendors to deliver quality support and manage stable system performance. This position will work in a team of 5 reporting to an APAC Business Application Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ERP such as payroll, intranet portal and other employees related applications
  • Liaise with external vendor to ensure services met with agreed standards
  • Gather and analyse user requirement and implement system enhancements
  • Work closely with other business divisions to ensure smooth data and operation integration among different systems and divisions
  • Act as subject matter expert to manage incidents raised by users
  • Participate in project management when necessary and control scopes such as budget and schedule

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' working in Business Analyst position
  • Technical proficiency on ERP such as SAP, Oracle or large scale 3rd party systems (with HRIS being advantageous)
  • Proven track record working with regional teams and managing vendors
  • Background gained from retail sector is advantageous
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Mandarin
