Lead the team to explore new business opportunities, preparing business plans and market development proposal.
Work with franchisees & develop business relationship in order to drive the franchise operation and sales to
meet clients' need and company plan.
Analyze sell-thru data, provide recommendation and improvement action plan to both internal & external parties
Manage a team to handle all franchise-related issues, such as regional buying, sales plan, location & site planning,
store operation, people management, visual merchandising, inventory and regular audit to ensure compliance of company’s standards and operation procedure.
Maintain a good relationship with business partners and negotiate with franchisees for new contracts or contract
Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Minimum of 10 years experience in international business development/ wholesales/distribution/franchise/licensees account management
Exp. in Asian market and Fashion retail is a plus
Good business sense and excellent organizational skills
Good in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and travel
