- Proactively source and secure potential institutional clients throughout global market
- Manage customer relationship; retaining and expanding the existing relationship and drive volume and revenue continuously
- Collaborate with support and operations departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate high level deals and create “out of the box” solutions for clients
- Liaise with Headquarter on management issues
- Representation of the company at exhibitions and customer events in the region
- Travel internationally (up to 25% of the time).
- Degree holder in any discipline. Experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service industry is an advantage
- Financial sales or B2B sales experience, especially in Southeast Asia or Oversea market is a plus
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proactive, motivated, committed, presentable and a team player
- Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
- Previous FX sales experience is a must.
