Job Description

Regional Creative supervisor’s responsibility is to ensure the consistent brand image of TBL brand aesthetic through the management and coordination of all brand assets creation. Assist Creative Manager with Creative direction, as well as supervise on multiple projects. Also, the duties and responsibilities required are art direction and concept development are in line with TBL direction and strengthen the brand image and success in the region.


  • Help regional brand initiatives to support the key business strategies.
  • Development and coordination of Regional brand creative assets (LookBook/ Photo shoot/ Asia Campaign) and toolkits that support key initiatives
  • Drive the production and creative for lookbooks and other regional/ local photo shoots and Asia campaign
  • Work close with the agency to suggest talent proposal, product selections and coordinate styling process, participate shootings and deliver and implement TBL standard of creative to build and enhance the brand image and ensure consistency across all regions.
  • Review of all photographs and make necessary creative retouching comments, product copy corrections and revisions aligning with TBL directions
  • Supporting Creative Manager to manage the interface / coordination between global teams and countries on creative asset needs / usage, consumer insights / research
  • Support copy writing across all activations
  • Development of GWP
  • Manage creative assets budget
  • Maintain a good balance between regional markets needs and global’s expectation
  • Regional Digital campaign creative assets execution
  • Supporting Creative Manager on the coordination of regional Go-To-Market meetings, Trade Shows, Retail Summit with high quality of executions.
  • Assist and handle ad hoc projects as assigned 


Qualifications & Experience:

  • University Graduate. A degree in marketing or arts is a plus
  • At least 6 years' solid experience in the trade/ retail marketing department with an international brand
  • Strong knowledge and background in Creative assets creation
  • Strong experience with budgeting, negotiating and invoicing process
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
