What does the role involve?

  • Report directly to Market Reach Manager, act as regional process owner to share expertise in data quality related subjects while implementing new systems within North Asia (5 locations) to uplift the current systems to meet up with Hilti global standards
  • Provide high quality data to conduct market reach setup, Hilti retail shop impact zone, customer segmentation, sales territory planning, customer survey, digital initiatives, etc.,
  • Work closely with sensing manager in converting additional/potential customer contacts from third party sources like government, social media platforms, other agencies into our contact data master as well as managing territory alignment in the system for customer allocation for salesmen, specifiers for specification engineers to enable optimal zoning and territory structure
  • Conduct data cleaning and quality maintenance on monthly basis to generate customer master, contact master, project master (link ship to project codes in SAP/CRM)
  • Drive continuous improvement through DQ tools (audit tool) and scorecard by 5 locations with support from regional market reach team particularly at decision maker level
  • Gather & maintain for all known customers & projects in countries wherein address system does not exist
  • Conduct regular data collection from internal teams like sales, customer service, Hilti retail shop, engineering, finances

What you need is:

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business or related discipline from reputable university
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis
  • Sound analytical skills with strong presentation and able to communicate insights from data to people at different levels
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using Tableau, Power BI or related analytics visualization tools would be an advantage
  • Experience with ERP/SAP system knowledge would be highly preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
