An exciting new opportunity has now arisen for a high-potential assistant human resources manager to join the organisation to support their expansion plan. The role is a recruitment focused role with a high element of business partnering across the region.
Our client is a market leader in the IT industry with a strong market presence and a reputation for excellence. They are now having an aggressive expansion plan globally within their international business.
You will act as a business partner in the team. Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in HR duties including recruitment, performance management, internal communication, organization development and employee engagement etc.
Act as a HR business partner to provide strategic counsel to key stakeholders to international business heads
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures
Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, benefits administration etc.
Handle ad hoc projects or initiatives at the headquarter level
Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
At least 7 years of HR Generalist experience within sizeable organizations
With strong understanding in HR best practices and labour ordinance of APAC, EMEA, Europe and US region
With excellent communications skills and experience in performance management
Fluent and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
