Job Description

Regional Human Resources Advisor

Our client is a multi-national skincare company and hiring a Regional HR Advisor. The person will work in the People Services team and provide all-round HR services to 7 regionals in APAC. Report to Regional HR Manager. Responsible for providing all-round HR services like recruitment, general HR support, HRIS management and relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including but not limited to candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, preparing employment contract.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and providing advice on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide update and reports in HR related topics in terms of recruitment, market trend, etc.
  • Drive improvements of resourcing policies and processes.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers to understand, define, and build talent profiles
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment record on system and in accordance to internal compliance.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to engage employees.
  • Assist all project activities relating to HR automation / digitalization and employee experience transformation.
  • Support and execute various HR projects such as training system implementation and staff engagement programs.
  • Familiarize with Company policies and provide general support in full spectrum of Human Resources duties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Back up for team members as well as assist in other ad-hoc Administration or Human Resources related tasks assigned by the Manager.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience gained from sizeable organizations
  • Knowledge of HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR systems
  • Well-versed with HR practices and labour law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build up rapport with people at all levels
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
