You are responsible to lead the overall implementation of new and existing Global and Regional Key Accounts through the Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM) until they reach a steady state.  You will also represent implementation in Asia Pacific (APAC) within the business and with other Implementation Managers and senior stakeholders around the globe ensuring alignment on strategy and approach to ultimately meet project deliverables.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • To manage the on boarding of new Key Accounts within APAC
  • To oversee and manage the implementation of solutions, technical systems, software or hardware
  • To utilise the GCIM methodology to identify and manage risk and deliver in line with the agreed timescales
  • To manage multiple projects with supply chain and operational expertise to define and plan successful implementations
  • To meet project deadlines and 'reach a steady state' ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • To support sales activities by consulting with customers on implementation and risk management
  • To act as a consultant in pre sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals

Your skills and experience

  • University graduate in supply chain/ business related disciplines
  • With related experience in project and risk management in logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Business travel is required

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Regional Implementation Executive.
