Job Description

Regional Intelligent Systems Manager 


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Regional Leadership for all related activities
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Building Control Systems are up to date and current within the designated region
  • Build relationships with the Regional and Country teams to ensure robust delivery
  • Client/Stakeholder Management across Regional CRE and IT
  • Ensure financial processes are followed always
  • Responsible for ensuring that patching and updating of all operating systems in scope in region are up to date
  • Responsible for ensuring that AM/AV is installed and up to date
  • Responsible for ensuring reporting is on time, accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for ensuring all obsolete systems are documented and communicated and life cycle replacement plans are in place
  • Ensure processes are in place for emergency patching to respond to imminent and emerging threats



  • Experience of working in a Financial Services/Banking Environment
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience of mechanical and electrical building control systems
  • Time served mechanical or electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills also an active listener
  • Passion for quality – has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
  • Self-motivated; confident & energetic
  • Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
  • Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
  • Strongly goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets
  • Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
  • Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
  • Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness
