Job Description

One of the high end luxury retailer is looking for a driven and passionate lawyer to lead their Legal Team. As the department Head of Legal, you will be leading a team of two and responsible legal matters for the APAC region.

This position offers opportunity to work with professionals worldwide, and exposure to variety of projects across the region.

 

We are now seeking for a REGIONAL LEGAL COUNSEL (700K - 1.1milp.a.)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to CFO and lead a small team of two
  • Advise on legal matters on strategic and regional level
  • Review commercial contracts and transactional contracts in Hong Kong, PRC and other regions
  • Liaise and negotiate contract terms with internal and external parties
  • Provide legal assistance related to corporate affair
  • Assist in special projects and tasks 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years PQE with 1 to 3 years of in-house experience
  • Team management experience is preferred by not a must
  • Strong understanding of commercial issues and risk management
  • Experience at APAC region is highly essential
  • Strong language skills in both Chinese and English
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
