Job Description

A Regional Marketing Manager position in a consumer product company, covering APAC region.

Client Details

A multinational consumer product manufacturer of brand-name household products, personal care products, and small appliances.


  • Take the lead in all aspect of marketing from product planning, development to go-to market strategies in APAC markets such as China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and others
  • Identify new business opportunities through making good use of market data and applying a strong market sense
  • Develop strategic marketing plan for the region and assist country teams to implement the regional plan
  • Drive the new product development process and assist in product launches
  • Provide analysis on market trends/competitive landscape and present findings to stakeholders from all levels
  • Provide leadership and coaching to junior team members


The successful candidate should have 8-10 years of all-rounded commercial marketing experience, ideally in a regional context. Candidates with experience from FMCG and health products are preferred. As a leader of the marketing team, the qualified candidate should possess strong commercial sense and the ability to identify new business opportunities through the use of market intelligence. Adapting to fast changes and keeping abreast of competitor's activities are essential to the success in this role.
