ROM Overview


The Regional Operations Manager is in charge of overseeing all race operations in Asia which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Analyse current and develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
  • Overseeing all operations activities in our Asia races to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

You are expected to grow our current cities while expanding into new markets. You must work with a high level of professionalism, ethical decision-making, and show experience in working with different cultures.


Job Brief


We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager, or ROM, to supervise strategic and business aspects of our races in Asia. You will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as executing a vision for success.


To thrive as a ROM you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader, and take action to enhance each race’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.



  • Make high-quality operation and business decisions to advance races and increase profits
  • Ensure that risk assessments is complete, and adequate health & safety established
  • Expand our current fundraising, ticketing, F&B sales, merchandise sales, and corporate partnerships in each race
  • Ensure that each 24 Hour Race is self-sustaining following the financial model
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
  • Travel to different cities, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders: students, schools, teachers, parents, corporate partners, and donors.


  • Proven experience as ROM or in other managerial position
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Understanding of diverse business functions such as operations, fundraising, marketing, etc.
  • Able to lead youth and university aged interns
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
