Job Description

Our client is a top-tier global insurance firm with strong presence worldwide.  To further strengthen their market positioning, the firm is looking to bring on a Regional Project Support (PMO) to join their regional program.  This role will initially start as a 12-month contract position, with a view to extend or convert into a permanent role within their BAU functions. 

As a Regional Project Support, you will be responsible for the following:- 

  • Support Project Manager in delivering solution implementation
  • Support the accounting workstream in testing on subledger, SUN general ledger for sign off
  • Update accounting lead on project status update, prepare project reports
  • Work closely with the project team in delivering workstream milestones
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and project teams in supporting the entire project life cycle
  • Liaise with various project leads for any ad hoc requests
  • Facilitate workstream sign off

To be considered for this position as a Regional Project Support, you possess the following:- 

  • University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project support, PMO, financial reporting, and/or financial planning and analysis
  • Knowledge of SUN GL, SAS Subledger and relevant existing finance processes is beneficial
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • Immediate available candidate will be an added advantage
