Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will need to aggressively explore and develop new business for the company and work on driving new sales targets in the financial, cybersecurity, higher education & professional services in Hong Kong, Macau and China. To do this, you will need to have a strong network of clients and potential partners to identify new business opportunities. The role will need to devise and implement sales strategic plans to drive the sales and account servicing excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business  opportunities  from both existing and potential clients (corporate account)
  • Prepare proposal which satisfies the clients' needs from company product list
  • Coordinate with product team on the product/package development
  • Handle clients' enquiries and provide support when needed
  • Obtain the feedbacks from client to modify and improve the products
  • Drive  sales targets and responsible  in the development of RFPs, statements of work, and other contract documents
  • Supervise and coach subordinates
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Establish partnerships with Sales Leaders and Counter Teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Lead promotional activities such as press event, VIP events
  • Use Global Education tools, facilitate interactive workshops in order to perform excellent service behaviors and demonstrate great product knowledge
  • Ensure the teams have hiring and onboarding plans to support the sales goals
  • Coach the team with direct and supportive feedback to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and execute effective action plans
  • Administer classroom education strategy, logistics and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Preferable)
  • 5-7 years sales and business development experience in the education ,  consulting and innovative technology industry preferably in Cybersecurity ,  Higher Education,  Financial Certification
  • With supervisory experience preferred and managing sales team and channel sales
  • They are now expanding their team and therefore looking for a new Sales Manager to further spearhead the growth.
  • Attentive to details and good customer services skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset
  • Self-initiated, creative, good communication skill
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Location: Causeway Bay
