Job Description

Our client is a global leader in ready-to-wear fashion and accessories. They are seeking a seasoned Regional Senior Training & Development Manager to join their team.

  • Design innovative curriculums, programs, or learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities, key results, cultural values, and diversity & inclusion
  • Work with Operations & HR to conduct capability and skill analysis, identify opportunities to accelerate performance and develop and execute high-impact learning content and solutions (virtual, classroom training and e-learning)
  • Facilitate classroom training and train-the-trainer sessions; engage leaders and stakeholders to support facilitation and delivery
  • Build and foster relationships with external partners such as third party training vendors and facilitation companies
  • Choose and implement platforms and systems to host L&D activities and measurements, design end-to-end leadership and talent initiatives
  • Create personalized, tailor-made development programs for the specific needs for both of frontline and office employees
  • Measure the training outcomes aligned with business impact, analyze results and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain learning project budgets, monitor the regional deployment of e-learning courses and local functions
  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of training & development experience in MNC, in which 5 years in Regional or APAC role
  • Solid experience in training delivery and e-learning platform management
  • A well-rounded leader with the ability to communicate effectively and gain trust and respect from colleagues and peers
  • Strong project and people management skills to motivate others to make contributions to success
  • Good interpersonal skill and collaborative working style, with the ability to build and foster strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders
  • A confident communicator and presenter, with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with study or work abroad experience would be a definite asset
