Job Description

A prestigious US law firm is currently looking for a paralegal with litigation experience to join their disputes/regulatory team.

Client Details

Our client is well-known around the globe, with multiple offices in all of the major business hubs.


Working in a close-knit team, reporting to a Senior Associate, this role is responsible for:

  • Drafting, preparing, editing, formatting and proofing letters, Court documents, pitches/presentations and other documents at attorney's request
  • Dealing with Court documents and pleadings
  • Conducting legal and factual research
  • Preparing case summaries
  • Court filing
  • Translation work
  • Ad hoc and general duties as and when requested


This role requires the successful candidate to have completed LLB and also to have a few years of litigation experience gained from a law firm. Language skills in English and Chinese will be important for this role. This position requires the candidate to be able to multi-task, use their initiative and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
