Job Description

Our client is a well-known investment bank globally. Due to business needs, Relationship Manager is needed to join their growing team.

We are now seeking for a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new businesses and maintain relationship with affluent segment customers through delivering superior customer experience
  • Handling inquiries like product enquiries, financial transactions and operations and offer professional advices
  • Provide quality services by introducing a wide range of banking and investment products to help the customers in building an effective portfolio that meets their financial needs
  • With the support of investment experts, offer proactive and personalized financial services to the affluent segment customers

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years relationship management experience in retail banking field
  • University degree preferred
  • Passed HKSI LE paper 1, 7 and 8 and IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 and 5 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of banking and investment products, financial market and economic trends
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and proactive selling skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
