You will work in an international top-framed market leader within manufacturing sector. With recent success across the region, the company is looking for a passionate professional to take up the Repair Centre Manager position.
Your new role
Being the Repair Centre Manager, you are expected to lead a team of service technicians to handle daily technical repair tasks. Being the team leader, you will be heavily involved in conducting training, coaching, performance review, process improvement and defining KPI.
What you'll need to succeed
Education background in engineering or related disciplines is highly preferred. You need related working experience within repair/ maintenance center in order to ace the opportunity. More importantly, a "people-oriented" mindset and leadership experience is a must as the ideal candidate is expected to take up the manager position in near future. Qualification of Lean Six Sigma will be a plus.
