Research Assistant I (holding the functional title of Project Assistant) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 498430) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese). Experience in organizing public education activities are preferred.
The appointee will work in the Jockey Club Water Initiative on Sustainability and Engagement (JC-WISE) Project under the Faculty of Social Sciences. The project aimed at raising the public’s awareness and appreciation of the importance of attaining long term water sustainability for Hong Kong. He/She is expected to work closely with the project’s Programme Officer and provide support on the day-to-day project implementation and logistics arrangements.
