Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rapid response information research in the Business Information Services Department of Global Banking Firm
  • Continuous improvement and recommend more efficient and quality document processing tools, equipment and systems
  • Keep track of all financial news as requested and provide timely updates
  • Provide quality customer service to bankers
  • Support any Ad-hoc project assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from a respected university in Finance, Economics or other Business disciplines
  • Proficient in spoken and written in Japanese and English, worked experience with Japanese customers in an added advantage
  • 2 years+ relevant experience, preferably in financial services
  • Good knowledge of various databases, such as Bloomberg, Factiva, ISI Emerging Markets, CEIC, Thomson One, Capital IQ, Factset, etc. is an advantage
  • Strong awareness, analytical and critical-minded and able to work autonomously
  • Good client servicing and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
