Job Description


  • Handle passenger reservations and enquiries for our helicopter services
  • Handle sales at ticketing office
  • Support the Reservation and Ticketing team to maximize the sales revenue


  •  F.7 graduate or above
  • A minimum of 1 year of reservation experience in hotel or travel industry
  • Excellent telephone manner, presentable and service-oriented
  • Independent but also a good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Business minded and organized
  • Tactful in handling customers including good listening, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Target driven and good upselling skills
  • Strong writing skills and spoken in English are required. Fluent Putonghua a definite advantage
  • Computer literate
