Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above in Hotel / Tourism / Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel
  • Ability to analyze different business situations and recommend pricing, inventory control and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in OPERA Property Management System (PMS) and Global Distribution System (GDS)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Manager
