Job Description

A western restaurant located in Central, looking for a experienced restaurant associate to work on day shift.  

General duties:

  • Check and confirm Till Float before operation hour starts
  • Prepare and cook food ready for serving Breakfast, Drink, Lunch time and Tea time
  • Place order for customers
  • Check the bill for customers
  • Go to supermarket to purchase fresh bread
  • Clean up all areas and utensils before Shift off
  • Do POS Shift End and Check the correctness and completeness against all the bills for the shift
  • Do Credit Card T4 machine Day End and Check the correctness against the bills settled by credit card; Clip the T4 Day End slip together with the credit card slip
  • Pass All Shift End reports, credit card slips and the Bills to Finance Department
  • Handle and record Reservation of Table and booking of whole venue for Party
  • Maintain and keep all equipment & utensils, workplace and storerooms clean, tidy and in good conditions at all time
  • Update LOG Book for Night Shift to review and sign

Skills and knowledge:

  • Form 5 or above, able to communicate Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
  • Solid experience in food and beverage industry is preferred
  •  Good interpersonal and communication skills
