Job Description

 Our client is a premium retail brand with robust business foundation in HK & China. They are looking for a high caliber Retail Operations Manager to join them.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Operations and front-line staffs, to achieve company targets: KPI, sales, pillar planning, service standards, and other regular and ad-hoc objectives
  • Analyze business performance in a day-to-day basis with insights to be proposed for short/long term initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Lead and drive the team to deliver excellent customer services and best practices for customers satisfaction, stickiness and loyalty
  • Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision, mission and company’s core values
  • Provide operations manpower planning, coach and energize a large team of 200+ front-line staff to provide excellent service and maximize business results; and to build good  platforms for their career advancement and development
  • Collaborate with different departments (e.g. Marketing Department) for development and implementation of various campaigns/ initiatives


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business Studies, Service Management, Operations Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years’ operations management experience in Retails, Beauty or Fitness industries. 
  • Possess service management related certificates, such as Six Sigma or NLP is a great advantage
  • Proven track record of building a strong team persistently to achieve required outcome.
  • Be strategic, passion in work, positive mentality, and excellent work ethics
  • Excellent people management, well interpersonal skills and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive and demanding environment
  • Good Command of English and Cantonese
