Job Description

A leading Luxury Brand is now hiring for a Sales Assistant to join their team on a project. The role will be reporting into the Wholesale Manager and will be supporting on Sales operations support such as preparing monthly sales reports, working closely with the Wholesale team.

This opportunity is a great chance to work for a leading Luxury brand to gain more exposure. Ideal candidates must have good number crunch and interest in the Retail industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales data input and generation of ad hoc reports
  • Coordinate and prepare incentive agreement for Wholesale team, including special push money agreement
  • Invoicing for stock allocation
  • Work closely with Wholesale team on ad hoc projects support and clerical support

Requirements:

  • University degree with strong numeric sense, proficiency in Microsoft offices especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least one year's working experience in a comparable role in Luxury industry, ideally in watches and jewellery but not a must
  • Hands-on experience with SAP highly preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving mind-set, dynamic and active, strong people skill to deal with diverse working environment
  • Cheerful and proactive
  • independant worker
  • Fluent English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
