Job Description

Our client, a UK-based Manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Regional Finance Manager for their APAC finance team:


  • Lead a small team in managing financial control activities (monthly closing, expense control, etc.)
  • Managing all finance and accounting operations (including Billing, AR, AP, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition)
  • Prepare and publish monthly financial statements timely
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual business planning and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Serve as the business partner and controller by monitoring the performance, efficiency and continuous financial improvement
  • Analyze operational and financial results, including KPIs and business drivers
  • Report and analyse supply chain KPIs (incl. expenses & depreciation)
  • Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, direct labor and fixed expenses
  • Ad-hoc projects as required


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in accounting in similar capacity in a manufacturing and operations-focused environment
  • China experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast pace, execution-savvy, and result-driven
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Frequent travel to Shenzhen is required
