Job Description

The Risk Management Officer is a starting point for the professional development in HSE, Quality Assurance and Sustainability Management.  With the structured training and development plan, it is also a career path to the management level within the organization.  This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual, who has the aspiration to develop long term career in the field of HSEQ and sustainability.  Based in Hung Hom District and reporting to the Risk Manager, you will be required to:

  • Assist the Risk Manager in HSE, QA, sustainability and other communications management
  • Provide support and advice to operation teams for the implementation of Company HSE and  Quality Management policy and programmes
  • Support Corporate HSE Manager & Quality Manager for administering the company management systems and programmes in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, legal requirements and company requirements
  • Provide timely reports to top management for HSEQ & sustainability performance reviewing and monitoring
  • Assist the Risk Manager in liaising with relevant authorities and other external parties/associations


What you will need for this role
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized college or university
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of HSE legislation in Hong Kong and HSEQ related ISO standards and certification process
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability with good sense of critical thinking and analytical mind
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • A good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
