Job Description

Jobs Duties:

  •  Promote the properties to potential tenants.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales target and team performance objectives.
  • Provide professional pre-sales and after sales services to our tenants.
  • Create and manage distributor networks/channels to help generate leads and sales
  • Provide professional after sales services.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities.
  • To handle guest issues and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Develop good relationship with potential guests and accounts
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years working experience in a leasing admin. or sales role
  • Good interpersonal skills, out-going and team player
  • Initiative, well-organized and work independently
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Since its establishment of the first business center at Chinachem Johnston Plaza, Capital International Business Center (run by Fortune Business Service (HK) Ltd ) has been committed to providing one-stop services to Hong Kong SMEs.
