Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to sales team
  • Execute sales plan, develop and generate sales leads, including show visit, client meeting
  • Handle client’s enquires and sales services
  • Handle Sales related documentation and assist to sales activities, exhibition events
  • Maintain and ensure customer’s database is updated
  • Issuing contracts, quotations and invoices
  • Other Administrative duties

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • 1 years’ or above solid working experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese include Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Basic knowledge on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Flexible, systematic, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Occasional business trips are required
  • Fresh graduate would be also considered
