Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling sales order , invoices and report.

• Update customer database with sales orders,and payment detail.

• Coordinate with our business partner and customer in order to ensure a transaction of sales goes smoothly.

• To manage sales enquiry

• To follow up with customers on sales requests and logistics


• Form 7 or above

• 1-2 years or above working experiences, fresh graduate will also be considered.

• Good in MS Office and Chinese typing

• Self-motivated, organized and responsible

• Applicant with more experience will be considered as Sales Admin Officer

• Immediate available is highly preferred
