SALES ADMIN CLERK - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Job summary : order processing, coordinate shipment, office admin & clerical support
- Perform filing, data entry, record keeping and updating files
- Assist in order processing and coordination
- Arrange and coordinate shipment and delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required
- 2-5 years clerical/admin/sales coordination/customer service/shipping/logistics experience
- Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a plus
- Knowledge in shipping or logistics is a plus (not a must)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Interest in organic tea or organic food
- Enjoy working in a small and busy office
- Very few OT is required
- 5 days work
- Office location : Kowloon Bay
