Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for service centre daily operations including materials & equipment purchasing, asset management, workshop maintenance & repair issue and so on.
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance record
  • Handle clients’ general enquiries, phone calls and payment procedures
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow
  • Coordinate ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • With experience in workshop sales administration support is an advantage
  • Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese is preferable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, well organized and good communication skills
  • Work Location: Yuen Long
