Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to B2B Sales Team and customers, issuing sales orders & arranging delivery/installation, preparing necessary daily reports as well as handling sales enquiry through delivering professional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience, experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
