Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer Service hotline enquiries
  • Provide administration support to the Marketing Department
  • Data input
  • Maintain good customer relationship and promote company products and services

 Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 3 years working experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
  • Able to work under pressure, hardworking, initiative, responsible and attention to details
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
