Job Description

Success candidate will be on a 4 Months Contract; It may be changed to a permanent role if the performance during the contract period is satisfactory. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Perform daily office administrative work.
  • Coordinate / communicate with internal & external parties for effective executive on follow-up sales order
  • Assist in clerical works including quotation, invoice, report preparation, filing…etc.
  • Assist in stock & inventory management
  • Responsible for ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above;
  • Candidate with at least 1-year relevant working experience in Sales Administration is an advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
  • Fundamental knowledge on accounting;
  • Pro-active and hardworking, willing to serve and to learn;
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsible. 
  • Immediately available preferred
