Our client is a listed American manufacturer and worldwide distributor in the FMCG industry. In regard to the rapid business expansion in the APAC region, they are now seeking for the business-minded candidates to join their team to provide excellent customer service. Client Details

A reputable U.S full-service distribution company in the B2B service industry. With over 90 years of service experience, the company has grown rapidly through three reputable business segments. The company and its affiliates employ about 1500 full-time employees worldwide.


  • Responsible for general administrative tasks and ac-hoc duties as requested

  • Provide Sales & Marketing support to the customer service team on a daily basis

  • Coordinate with channel partners for trading and product distribution

  • Follow up with after sales and delivery

  • Formulate product strategies and develop trustworthy relationships with clients

  • Answer phone calls on behalf of the company in a professional manner


  • 0-2 years of working experience in Customer Service industry are highly preferable (Fresh graduates with S&M background are also welcomed!)
  • Good command and verbal skills in both Chinese and English

  • Organized and sales-driven candidates

  • Enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Offer

  • Listed company with all-rounded remuneration package

  • 14 days Annul Leave with pay

  • Monday to Friday, 9-6
